Why did Imagination Technologies use Jyre?​

Changes in senior leadership affect an organisation for multiple reasons including the business goals, culture and many more. Imagination Technology looked to Jyre as a result of a new CEO and executive team to help create future leaders, bolster the company’s growth and explore if they have the people to lead and capabilities for future growth and change management.

What did Jyre do to help?​​

In 6 months, Jyre helped IMG Tech create a strong & cohesive Executive Management Board and build a Leadership Development programme able to work together effectively to lead the business through IPO and transformation changes. Using a 3 phased approach to ensure programme objectives were met.
